- seasonal string beans
- 1 clove of garlic
- Varvello Balsamic Cream Condirè
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Clean the string beans, cut off their ends, steam or boil them. Drain them and let them cool down.
In a cup, put salt, pepper, Varvello Balsamic Cream Condirè, olive oil, a clove of garlic and mix all the ingredients.
Add the condiment to the spring beans and mix.
Serve with the Condiré cream to garnish the serving dish as well.
