The result of the aging experience of Varvello with the long and processed preparation of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a wise mixture between the vinegar and the cooked must produced with selected grapes (the favourite by Varvello) of the Sangiovese and Lambrusco grapevine varieties. This vinegar, which is aged in barriques and oak barrels, reaffirms the highest standards of the traditional Varvello quality.
Dark brown colour with red reflections, high density, sweet and sour taste (with notes of wood, cooked fruits, plum, vanilla and cherry), balanced and pleasant. It is excellent on red meat (even raw), roast meats, risottos, Grana Padano Cheese, on ice cream and berries.

This is the top of the Varvello range and, according to true connoisseurs, an authentic point of reference in the market.
It has a round, soft and particularly "vinous" taste, obtained from the fermentation of Piedmont high grade table wines. The elongated and experienced maturation in oak barrels enhances the unique bouquet.

Our delicate and fragrant apple vinegar spends a long aging period in barriques. This time spent in resting slowly results in the presence of slight notes (sometimes of honey) and at the same time intense. A vinegar with great purifying properties that accompanies your dishes with discretion, between notes of wood, flowers and scents of the past. Available (as an invigorating drink) also with the addition of ginger and lemon juice.

We present the "King" of seasonings. Its origins are noble, and decidedly refined: in fact, it comes from a precious mixture of white wine vinegar (from wines preferably from Sicily) aged in oak barrels and concentrated grape must.

Creme Condirè Regimental

The consistency of a glaze, the nobility of a vinegar, the refinement and the composure of taste. Here is our Condirè cream, the incomparable companion of many delicacies.
There are two fragrances on offer: the Cream made from Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and the White Citrus Cream from Sicily.
Thanks to its floral nuances of Sangiovese grape must, the former maintains a harmonious balance between the taste and acidity of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.
The second, instead, enhances the base of concentrated grape must and Sicilian white wine vinegar, with unmistakable citrus fragrances. The result is a balanced and vigorous taste, ideal for adding new suggestions to everyday recipes.
Try both with cheese and fruit. And, dulcis in fundo, even on ice cream and sorbets. Without added sugar and colorants
