Red Line

The RED LINE in fact born in the Seventies when, in response to Sasso demanding for a superior quality vinegar, Varvello produced a vinegar from high quality wines that was subsequently aged (at that time it was not common to use high quality wines for vinegar and even age the latter was since then unthinkable), the result of continuous research, but also tradition. A product with characteristics significantly higher than those marketed, both in terms of organoleptic properties and alcohol, making it still totaday a very popular seasoning much appreciated in Italian cuisine and not only.
