Red and White Wine Aged Vinegar
Acidity 7.1% - Alcohol residue 0.7%

It is the quality wine vinegar par excellence, made from Italian selected wines through a natural biological fermentation system. Even the colour is the natural one characterizing the wines of origin: white vinegar comes from white wines and red vinegar comes from red wines. These vinegars are aged in Slavonian Oak and American Larch barrels.
