The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. combines Piedmont tradition in wine selection and ageing with the speciality of balsamic vinegar from Modena.
It comes from the heart of the district of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: here wine vinegar aged in Varvello's wineries wooden barrels meets in an expert combination the grape must (7 varieties) produced exclusively in our area. The ageing process taking place in wooden barrels creates a typical Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. with traditional Varvello's quality, dark brown with reddish shades it has a sour flavour, balanced and nice, that it turns out great with red meat (even raw) and roasted , the Parmesan cheese, ice cream and wild berries.
